Refund Policy

    
              CANCELLATION POLICY:

                  1. The refund on subscription cancellation is available only until 3 days from availing or auto debit of the subscription.

                 2. If services have been used during these 3 days, a prorated refund shall be provided.

                  3. If the cancellation is requested after the 3 days of auto debit or availing of the membership, there shall be no refund.

                  4. No discounts or subscription extensions are promised unless a coupon is provided to the registered email address or is displayed on the official website of                        Feedzaa.

                EXTENDED BREAK/HOLIDAY POLICY:

                1. If the chef is taking a break or is on holiday and the chef would restart the services after a short period of 30 days, Feedzaa can withhold the customer's data for                       the next 30 days with a fixed fee.

                 2. If the break is extended and the chef has been paying to withhold their data until they are ready to restart the business, then there will be no requirement to pay                        the registration fee again.

                 3. If the chef has taken a break and has not been making the payment to withhold their data till they are ready to restart the business, then there will be a                        requirement to pay the registration fee again to restart their services.

                4. If the break/holiday taken by the chef is 15 days or less, then there is no need to make the payment to withhold the account or data.

                5. If the break/holiday taken by the chef is 15 days or less, then there is no need to make the payment of registration to restart the business.

                 6. The customer shall contact customer service on the respective country they are availing services from for any clarifications on the above.

                 7. Feedzaa has the authority to approve the request based on the event in case of any inconveniences during the subscription.
